1. General Information
The administrator of your personal data is BGF HUB SP Z O. O. with its registered office in Lublin (20-115) at 5/203 Kowalska Street, NIP: 9462735255, KRS: 0001075712, REGON: 527203241. This document sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data, effective from 13.11.2024.
2. Scope and Purposes of Processing
We process identification, contact and company data necessary to provide services. Providing data marked as mandatory is necessary to conclude the contract, and failure to provide them makes it impossible to provide services. Data marked as voluntary are used for analytical and marketing purposes.
We store the data for specific periods: order and accounting documentation – 6 years from the end of the tax year, marketing data – until the consent is withdrawn, analytical data – 26 months, correspondence – 3 years from the last contact.
3. Recipients and Data Transfer
We transfer data only to trusted partners within the EEA: IT service providers, courier companies, marketing service providers and entities providing accounting services. We secure the transfer of data by using standard contractual clauses and appropriate security certificates.
4. Cookies and Analytics Tools
We use necessary (session), analytical (26 months) and marketing (180 days) cookies. We use the following tools: Google Analytics 4 (traffic analysis), Facebook Pixel (remarketing), TikTok Pixel (conversion analysis) and Google Ads (ads). Each of these tools collects data about user activity in accordance with its own privacy policies.
5. Profiling and Marketing
We conduct profiling for marketing purposes, analyzing user behavior on the website, purchase history and preferences. On this basis, we personalize marketing communications and product recommendations. You can object to profiling at any time, which results in the exclusion of personalized content.
6. Your Rights and Security
We guarantee the implementation of the GDPR rights: access to data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. Applications are processed within 30 days, in special cases the deadline may be extended by another 60 days.
We use security measures: SSL/TLS encryption, regular backups, access control, security monitoring and incident response procedures. In the event of a data security breach, we inform the relevant authorities and data subjects within 72 hours.
7. Procedures and Updates
Security incidents can be reported via the form or email. We inform you about changes in the privacy policy 14 days in advance by e-mail and a message on the website.
